Deporte ("we", "us", or "our") operates deporte.app and the Deporte mobile app, a live sports scores service for fans in Curaçao, Aruba, and Bonaire. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website, mobile app, or join our waitlist.
Information we collect
- Email address: collected when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Referral data: if you sign up via a referral link or share your invite link, we store referral codes to manage waitlist position and rewards.
- Usage data: pages visited, device/browser type, and general interaction data collected through analytics tools.
- Account data: if you sign in, we store session and profile information needed to operate your account.
- Push notification data: if you enable match alerts, we store your notification preferences and a device push token so we can deliver alerts you request.
- Diagnostic data: if the mobile app crashes or encounters an error, we may collect crash reports and related technical information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, and error logs). When you are signed in, we may associate reports with an internal account identifier, not your email address.
How we use your information
- Operate the waitlist and notify you about launch updates.

- Supabase for database and infrastructure.
- Kit (ConvertKit) for waitlist and email communications.
- SendGrid for transactional email delivery.
- PostHog and Vercel Analytics for product and site analytics.
- Sentry for crash and error reporting for the Deporte mobile app (Sentry Privacy Policy).
- Expo for push notification delivery to your device.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.

Data retention
